2009/2010 The rates below are to rent the complete villa - not per person.
Winter 2009/10-----------------------£350 or 400€ per week (Christmas and New Year week = £400) March and April 2010---------------£450 or 500 € per week. May 2010---------------------------£550 or 600 € per week June 2010 ----------------------------£850 or 900€ per week July and August 2010--------------- £1,300 or 1400€ per week (Late deal - 28th August to 4th September - £860) September 2010-----------------------£850 or 900€ per week October 2010-------------------------£550 or 600€ per week Winter 2010/11-----------------------£350 or 400€ per week (Christmas and New Year week = £400) Payments may be made in £ Sterling or in € Euros - whichever you prefer. Up to date availability of the villa can be found by clicking here. The villa is normally unavailable until 3pm on the day of your arrival and also after 11am on the day of your departure; this is to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation of the villa for new guests. If this causes any major difficulties to you or your party please let us know, as alternative arrangements may be possible. During July & August the changeover day is a Saturday. During the rest of the year bookings may start on any day of the week. Long term rental of the villa is welcome. Shorter stays may also be possible. Payment notes: A non refundable deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking. The balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you wish to book the villa we will send you a simple booking form for you to complete. When we receive your completed booking form along with the deposit your reservation will be secured. Guests
will be responsible for any breakages or damages caused during their
stay. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. |
